Levente Barabás — Photographer & Videographer
FractionsOfMyPOV is the photography and videography work of Levente Barabás, a Budapest-based photographer and videographer working primarily across music and sports, with a focus on live, fast-paced environments and authentic visual storytelling.
Through FractionsOfMyPOV, I create photography and video for artists, bands, athletes, fighters, sports organizations and live events across Hungary and Europe.
My work is built around observing what happens in front of the camera rather than forcing moments into place. Whether I’m photographing a live performance, following an artist on tour or covering an MMA fight, the goal is the same: to capture the atmosphere, energy and details that make the experience feel real.
Music
Music has been a central part of FractionsOfMyPOV, covering live concerts, artists, bands, tours and music-related productions.
I work across both photography and video, creating visual content that can be used for press, promotion, social media, releases, campaigns and ongoing artist content. From the intensity of a live performance to quieter backstage moments, I aim to create imagery that reflects the character of the artist rather than simply documenting the event.
My music work includes live music photography, artist and band photography, tour photography and videography, and music video production.
Sport
The sports side of FractionsOfMyPOV is particularly focused on MMA and combat sports, where the speed, intensity and unpredictability of the environment make timing and anticipation essential.
I photograph and film fighters, fight events, gyms, teams and sporting organizations, covering everything from preparation and walkouts to competition, reactions and the atmosphere surrounding the event.
Beyond documenting the action itself, I’m interested in creating photographs and video that athletes, fighters and organizations can actually use — for press, promotion, social media, sponsorships, campaigns and ongoing content.
Corporate
Corporate photography and videography bring a different set of challenges, but the same attention to people, atmosphere and detail remains at the centre of my approach.
I work with businesses and organizations on professional headshots, team photography, conferences and corporate events, creating visual material that represents both the people behind a business and the experiences that bring them together.
Whether it’s an individual portrait, a coordinated team session or the documentation of a larger event, the aim is to produce natural, professional imagery that can be used across company websites, professional profiles, communications and promotional materials.
Weddings
Alongside my work in music, sports and corporate photography, I also take on a limited number of weddings each season.
My approach to wedding photography and videography is rooted in the same documentary perspective: paying attention to genuine interactions, meaningful details and the atmosphere of the day as it unfolds. Rather than turning the entire experience into a staged production, I aim to capture the people, emotions and moments that make each wedding personal.
Working with photography, video or both, the goal is to create a lasting record of the day that feels true to the people who experienced it.
Wedding dates are limited each season, allowing me to balance these projects with my ongoing work across other fields.
Photography & Videography
FractionsOfMyPOV combines photography and videography depending on what a project requires. Some assignments call for a focused set of press images, while others benefit from a larger visual library or a combination of photography and motion.
The final work is created with practical use in mind: visually distinctive enough to stand out, authentic to the subject and versatile enough to work across press, editorial, digital, social media, promotional and print applications.
Based in Budapest, Hungary, Levente Barabás works throughout Hungary and across Europe.
About FractionsOfMyPOV
FractionsOfMyPOV is the personal photography and videography project of Levente Barabás. The name reflects the idea that every photograph or film captures only one perspective — a fraction of a larger experience, shaped by where you stand, what you notice and the moment you choose to preserve.
